Our production arrangement generally takes 25-30 days as an order production period after obtaining the customer's confirmation of the contract. The timeline also depends on our company's total inventory and order details, with possible adjustments to the original production plan.

We provide a warranty period of 1 year after delivery, and promise to provide the same quality as the confirmed sample. If there is a quality difference, we will solve the problem immediately or provide 100% compensation for the customer's loss.

Our payment terms are T/T in advance (30% deposit), with the balance paid before shipment.
