Our production arrangement generally takes 25-30 days as an order production period after obtaining the customer's confirmation of the contract. Of course the order also depends on our company's total inventory and order details. Usually there is a certain advance in the original production plan.

We expect us to become long-term partners with customers. Based on this premise, we provide a warranty period of 1 year after delivery, and promise that we will provide the same sample as the confirmed sample. If there is a quality difference with the confirmed sample, we will solve the problem for the customer immediately or pay 100% compensation for the loss of the customer.

We will strictly limit the scope of information provided to third parties to ensure the absolute confidentiality and security of each customer's information. We have great respect for our customers. Therefore, all information given to us is confidential. Under no circumstances will we disclose the information to anyone.

Our payment terms are T/T in advance (30% deposit), and the balance is paid before shipment.
